Our goal is to provide you with the lowest cost structure attainable by taking advantage of off-shore locations. In addition, we aim to provide you with a reliable avenue for superior services. We afford access to high quality personnel who carefully listen to, and learn about your business requirements at no cost to you. We view the learning curve as our investment into the business relationships with our customers.
We understand that engaging service providers is not a casual undertaking. Based on our experience, we believe there exists a three-stage process through which our clients generate the confidence necessary to enter into a long-term relationship with us.
The overflow stage
Most often at this stage, you are willing to afford us the opportunity to support your overflow work, or to relieve your internal bottlenecks. Our objective in these situations is to be minimally imposing, while adapting rapidly and painlessly to your organization’s needs. Within a short time, we typically will have generated sufficient client confidence to be invited to advance to the "stepping stone" stage.
The stepping stone stage
Typically this involves a small project in a "core" area. For architectural product companies, a “core” area may include a key product line. Our investment in such a project is the time and effort required to develop a thorough understanding of the line and its associated nuances, necessary for successful execution of the project.
The commitment stage
By this stage a client will have generated sufficient confidence and trust in our abilities and our commitment to its success. During this stage, we
mutually agree upon a stream of business sufficient to support a dedicated staff. By providing a dedicated staff who can continually build upon its knowledge of our client’s products, we can more completely and cost-effectively service the client’s needs.
