1.Evaluate and propose

Most jobs require a trial to evaluate the project nuances before a formal pricing and expected timeline is proposed. For the trial, we require a sample of a complete job from start to finish (input file(s) and an expected deliverable for that corresponding output file(s). After the proposal is accepted, we use the following process for successful execution of future projects.

3. Start Phase (Trial & Refine)

In this step we take the first project from start to finish. At the end of the project we evaluate the process, quality of deliverables, and based on feedback refine the existing processes and fix any deliverable problems.

4. Integrate and Execute Phase

Seamlessly integrate developed processes and delivery mechanisms with client's back end business infrastructure and start executing tasks.
